Does it mean that your file has been open in LVO for first Review ? My one only shows application recieve sept 2007

Here is timeline.

Applied- 04/15/2008
Documents requested- 11/25/2011
Documents sent back- 12/26/2011
File transfer to New Delhi- 01/25/2012
Email AOR received from New Delhi- 02/09/2012- Under my parent's UCI, ECAS shows Application received and once click that, it shows oneline saying "We received your application for permanent residence on April 15, 2008"
Received letter from New Delhi requesting PCC and copies of my passport- 04/23/2012
PCC and copies of passport sent back on 04/28/2012
Under my parent's UCI ECAS changed from Application received to In Process on 06/22/2012
Once I click in Process it shows two lines- "We received your application for permanent residence on April 15, 2008" and second line is " We started processing your application on June 22, 2012"
I hope this answer your question.

I think New Delhi also prefer cases without dependants ,my file also transferred to Delhi on jaurary 24 and i receiver AOR on feb 10 and i didnt have any change in ecase because i have one dependant child with applicant .i initially applied in feb 2008

In my parent's case, there is no dependent. There is one non -accompyanying adult son. So yeah its just my parents.

The income shown in Option C is the total income earned from all sources. Secondly, this income is "gross income" - not net income after tax. Is the OP adding the "net income - after tax and not 'gross pay' on the paystubs? There can be a significant difference between the two. Besides, paystubs show income only from that job. When the OP had filed the income tax for that year, was any other source of income? The OP should also refer to the T4 slips to see what the total income is.
Thanks sakamath for answering and i think this is what "member 39" was looking for.

I remember when jason kenney came on one radio station in vancouver last year in summer he was saying that,"we'll give preference to the sponsors who doesn't have any child with them back home to take care of them" so i am thinking thats why...confusion is jason kenney is only an immigration minister in canada he shouldn't have too much control on cases once they go to our home countries...

@39

Since they asked for option C for 2011 and paystubs too,so I guess you will be providing them with all the info.I guess send them paystubs for Jan 2011 too.Since they will be having Option C I don't think it will be a problem if your income in not enough in paystubs.

Ok but I was laid off on that period jan,feb and march 2011

Option C includes EI as well. Maybe you should submit EI stubs, too, and explain that you were laid off but then started working again.

Hi,

Has anyone from this Forum received medical request around 26th April and got their status changed? Mine medicals were received by Ottawa on 14th May 2012 and still no news neither status change nor request for re-medical.

When was your application approved and when did you receive your medicals?

You will, most likely, see an update on e-Cas with an additional line reading 'medicals received'. It normally takes 1 month to 3 months from the date medicals are received by the medical department at CIC

well, July is upon us.....hopefully those who sent documents in April/May 2012 to CPC-M can hear some positive updates.

original filed: May 2009
documents request - March 30,2012 letter from CPC-M
Docs sent - May 14, 2012 (with dependents)

Waiting for aor/approval.

Hope we hear good news this month

hi i m a new member here.applied for my mom in dec 2007 ,file transferred to new delhi in oct 2010,medical passport n documents requested december 2011,doc med n passport sent in jan 2012...tracking online shows application received .....more than five months passport is with them .we had some other travel plans but i dont think we could do anything other than waiting...is it normal that they keep passport for that long?

A case I was watching has just posted on another forum that his mother has been approved after medicals but no need to send passport. The timeline for file transfer was 1 week before ours but the medical request came after 6 to 7 weeks . We are still waiting after 10 weeks to be called. We are from the UK with our files sent to Ottowa ,the other case is also UK but not sure if file was sent to OTTowa or London. A single parent sponsor application in their case.

Anyone out there with 19th April file transfer to CPP O and still waiting for medical request?
