AOR will not be issued by CPP-Ottawa. You will receive medical request after.

jz checked ecas...permanent application status changed to application recieved...thanks god..something happnd after long wait :)

Hi: do you see this status change when you log with your client ID or your parents'?

I wonder if anyone received AOR in June? I am looking at the timelines table and it seems the last AOR date was in May?

Sent documents in mid-May 2012 but still nothing from CPC-M.

I see people who sent in the documents after some of us, but they got a reply already before us.
How the hell is CIC processing their applications before ours? This is not fair.

Hii frndz we have one member name is "39" please help this person with his/her question since i dont have a correct answer

CPC-M asked this member to provide proof of income from 22 feb 2011 til 22 feb 2012 and they also asked for Option C for 2011........
now the problem is member's income comes out lower than what he/she needed to make that year when he/she calculates the income on paystubs for all these months from feb'11 to feb'12......
but income on Option C is accurate (good).
Thanks for your advice

The income shown in Option C is the total income earned from all sources. Secondly, this income is "gross income" - not net income after tax. Is the OP adding the "net income - after tax and not 'gross pay' on the paystubs? There can be a significant difference between the two. Besides, paystubs show income only from that job. When the OP had filed the income tax for that year, was any other source of income? The OP should also refer to the T4 slips to see what the total income is.

It really up to CIC officers' discretion to send AOR or not. There are more than five officers working on these files. For example, I did not receive AOR from CPC-M, but I received the decision made letter directly.

Whey the hell eCAS does yoyo with status updates? Confusing.

Sponsored my Parents with two dependents March 2008
Additional documents requested November 2011 and send February 2012
Got a letter in May that file is complete.
In June i got an email with a client number.

From this point I can see eCAS status as application received for a while and then for several days changed to two lines with my fathers name. All status indicated application received.

Now as of his morning eCAS can't find the file.

Any ideas what is going on. Can't even get through to CIC today.

just another update:

Congrats Rick2007! In that case, in the next 2 to 3 months you should receive request for pcc/medicals.

Great news!! How do you know that ? Is there anybody got PCC/medical request from ND in similar case?

Hi Guys,

FYI, I've changed the formula for "Days Since Transfer" so that when a final decision is made, the number of days in this column would not increase. For example, in Teri's case, you'd notice that the number of days stops increasing. As more and more applications are finalised, this figure would give an indication to other applicants as to how long it takes to process.

I believe, Singhx01 received request for PCC after a little over 2 months of AOR. Medicals are still awaited.

In my parent's case, we received the request for PCC and some other documents after little over 2 months of case transfer to New Delhi. So my parents submitted PCC in end of April. Now last week, ECAS status changed to In Process (Second line is We started processing your applciation on 06/22/2012). My parents are still waiting for medical.
