It doesn't matters as i think.
All you need is continuous studies and original marks cards needed to be sent to embassy.
Also you need send certificate attested by college principal which clearly shows that the dependent was studying in that school or college.

And don't worry about one failure.
There was a boy in our relatives who failed 3 times in different classes.
All you need to take care of is that documents sent should be real (not fake/forged).

i afraid bcz nw a days they r very strict 2 expel depent frm da case as we saw many dependents expel out bcz f one or other stupid reason. they also sent rejection 2 dependent typeA who has already quit their study wch s against their own defination f dependent typeA.

Hey Friends ..

Finally some good news to share.. Got passports with visa today Ma Shaa Allah .. Finally the 5 years long wait come's to an end.. It was a long journey... I would also like to thank everyone for their immense support; The journey wouldn't have been possible without all the support .. I really hope and pray that each one of you get reunited with ur family really soon...

No never..Vansh don't worry that much. They only care about gaps in studies and if he/she failed in same course many times. All this only from dependants who were over 22 at the time of application.

Does the lay-off money counts as income when we file tax to maintain cut off income required for parents sponsorship?

Please help, my sister sponsored my parents but this year she is on lay off...will that checks she gets counts towards the total income end of the year.

They can tell you status at the most, but cannot expedite - but they have perfect excuse of strike now so don't think anyone will be helpful
