They asked nothing about My Mom... They asked for Documents which clearly establish the relationship between sponsor(sister), Applicant(Mother) and Applicant's Dependant

and My Dad was passed away years ago... we just Submitted their Death Certificate

1. GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA IMM 0008
2. Schedule A Background/ Declaration Form IMM 5669
3. Additional Family Information Form IMM 5406
4. Use of a Representative Form IMM 5476
5. PCC and Some attested Docs
6. Xerox of Whole Pages of Passport
Attested By "A level Gazetted Officer"

Again on May 2013 (Request From CHC-Delhi for Medical/Docs and Passport )
1. GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA IMM 0008
2. Schedule A Background/ Declaration Form IMM 5669 For Applicant and Both Dependant over 18
3. Additional Family Information Form IMM 5406 For Applicant and Both Dependant over 18
4. Use of a Representative Form IMM 5476

5 Travel History Form
for Applicant
(In 2006, Mother Once Applied for Visitor visa got refusal
Finally visited canada in 2010

5 Travel History Form
for Dependants
Nil, Never Travel Outside india

6. Our Updated Original Educational Documents and PCC(Again)
Note: CHC didnt ask for Educational docs But we send them
In Our Case both Dependants Age Locked In

My mother was the Principle Applicant Since from end of 2007 When we Filled our Forms
they want forms Again so sent them

We Did PCC in Dec 2011 and is Valid For 1 Year Only Now
in 2013 They Need New PCC

hi sonu dependant less then 22 year doesnot need to worry about studies but still we have to send the document.my studies detail are as possible BCA,MBA ,PGDCA then i change field done MA history so ND can make me screw up for ma history but i am less then 22 in 2008 so they just want to know the activity of previous year thats why i send my original documents too.i still check forum 4-5 times in day but some time busy in jobs

I'm planning to bring down my parents under super visa, but I have few concerns.
My dad had applied for refugee status over few years back but was denied and went back home with his money and decision.but now they are well settled and they have been visited about 10 countries and has employed in a very good job since then. Because of their work they can only come for 5 months. is it advised to get tentative flight booking for 5 months.
