I think that before starting the random draw every year, they should have applied a criteria to exclude the applicants who are no longer interested, or whose parents have unfortunately departed, or those who may not be financially eligible for that specific year but still retaining them for future draw. In this way there would have been a better chance for rest of the eligible and interested applicants for that specific draw. Because if they are sending 35000 invitations with a target of 20000 expected submissions, then at least give those 15000 spots to others rather than keep them waiting for next draw.
mine is B6, received last Friday, my wife is B3, still waiting
again, it is random. take it or not ..Fact. how and on what algorithm IRCC knows.. wish u good luck

I have a qn regarding PGP 2024
1)Since I was Co signer In Year 2020 for my Inlaws & my wife was Sponsorer
In the year 2024 Can I be the sponsorer for my parents and my wife b Co signer.
2) Considering Yes to the above scenario
What are the options if I am not eligible based on Income
Since qualifying for family of 8 is most likely impossible.
We are family of 4 + 2 (in laws) +2 ( my parents) =8
Please help if you guys have any solution .

At any rate - I dont think it will work. You dont qualify. Period.
no issue with sponsoring and making her cosigner. BUT you need to have combined income for family of 8.
If you don't, you do not meet LICO requirement to sponsor.
