Does anyone know if there will be another round of invitations later this year for those who were not invited this time? Or do they plan to scrap the queue and start new process all over again?

My guess is it depends on the elections. Chances are they may do one more round of invitations early next year or at around this time if they don't call for an election.

Q1. You can use ur Indian passport with ur Canadian password. Also provide letter of explanation with ur parents super visa UCI no. They will get the details from past application.
Q2. Your income is fine as far as it met the requirement.
Q3. Consent to collect from cra is much better. I used the same 3 yrs back with my parents application.
