I received the same email. I sent those in the email. The residential address and email was in the email body and PCC and passport as attachment. I also, requested details from IRCC web form to confirm and got the reply within 5 days that my documents were received. Here is the link for the ICC web form.

I received the same instructions to submit the documents but I was not able to retrieve my application by either method. Method 1. I was not able to link my application to my IRCC account. 2. I was not able to find my application using the web form.
Can you please advise how do i submit the documents.

From what I see on everyone's timeline, it seems bizarre that it's been over 5 months since I heard anything. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

July 16, 2024 - Request for additional documents
July 25, 2024 - Submitted additional documents
Oct 4, 2024 - Request for police certificate and copy of passport
Dec 12, 2024 - Submitted police certificate and copy of passport
Dec 20, 2024 - Request for fingerprint and photo (biometrics)
Dec 30, 2024 - Fingerprints and photo (biometrics) sent
Dec 30, 2024 - Received letter confirming eligibility as a sponsor

So, you haven't received Medical request yet? What is your visa office? Maybe submit an ATIP request on your file and you should be able to get the GCMS notes on the status.

Nope, haven't received medical request yet. I called IRCC multiple times and was told the application is in progress. I also received an email from IRCC saying "Regarding your case status enquiry, please rest assured your family member’s application is in queue for processing as per regular procedures. We will inform you if any further information is required. "

When I received the eligibility of sponsor letter, it said "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be forwarded to Montreal Immigration for further processing. This office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act" however, the agent told me that the file is being processes in 2 offices (Mississauga and Montreal) so not sure what to believe. All my communication is coming from Mississauga office.

Remember that you are only seeing a very small number of cases on this forum and processing time is close to 3 years based on IRCC.

I am still in the process of obtaining her police clearances. She used to live in other countries for more than 6 months.

Hi Today I got the letter saying below I need to submit the medical within 2025/06/12 and Fingerprints within 2025/05/31 . Whereas I got the request for medicals on May8th and I havent got the request letter for biometrics still. but it says below lines for biometrics.

"Fingerprints: You are required to submit Biometrics in support of this application. Permanent
residence applicants are required to enrol their biometrics in support of every application (even if the applicant has
valid biometrics enrolled under the temporary resident stream). Please follow the Biometrics instruction letter
previously sent to you.
This must be received at this office by: 2025/05/31"

Has anyone gone thru this kind of issue ?

Hello, you can find information about the process here: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do. You will indeed need consent from your family member. They send you the form when you make the request.

Have you linked your application to GCKey? If yes and if you do not see the Biometric letter there, you will need to call IRCC reporting the issue. Otherwise, any time they choose to send e-mails about the letter to the PA instead of the sponsor, but all letters are present in the GCKey account.

As far as I have been seeing the trend. After medical passed, it takes roughly 4 months to get passport request.
