Received medical yesterday. Hopefully, there will be no delays from here forward.
I received a letter from IRCC on May 27 saying “Your application for permanent residence is now ready for finalization pending the
confirmation of your permanent residence status. You’ll complete this process through
the Permanent Resident Portal (PR Confirmation).
Please provide the requested information within 7 calendar days to ensure there are no
undue delays.

If you are outside Canada:
If you are currently outside Canada, you cannot be landed using the Permanent
Resident Portal (PR Confirmation). It is important that you let us know when you are
planning on returning to Canada by replying to this email. Further instructions will be
sent to you

I replied back to IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca on May 28 saying that my parents and brother are not in Canada so they will need immigration visas. Fast forward to July 3rd IRCC Etobicoke sent me another reminder letter with similar content. Somehow they missed my initial reply. I also replied back today and sent a webform with same reply just in case. What else should I do to make sure they got my communication/replies? And Has anyone experienced this before? TIA!

Greetings, we have recently submitted a parents' sponsorship application on May 2024 but failed to include information regarding a prior visitor visa refusal. How can we update this information with IRCC without an AOR? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Finally got medical and pre-arrival letter on Thursday July 4 but received from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca which seems to Montreal office however when got AOR there it was mentioned that application was transferred to Vancouver. Any idea what does it mean ? Now application moved to Montreal?

Received the pre-arrival letter for the second time this morning, this time via email. The first pre-arrival letter came through GCKey along with requests for PCC & MED. Does this mean we are getting close to receiving the COPR?

May I ask a question: did your parents have military services experiences or work for government before?
Thank you. They do have government work experience. My concern is their background check hasn't even started. Finger cross their case won't undergo to the prolonged CSIS security screening. Their case has been stuck in limbo for so long.
