Regardless of how long you’ve been married or in a common-law relationship:

• your spouse or common-law partner can be your co-signer
• your co-signer must provide proof of income for the last 3 taxation years before the date of your application

I think you will be fine with your wife's income for all 3 years.

Your parents do not have to live in Canada. Actually most PGP applicants do not live in Canada.
But you do, as a sponsor. and RO means Permanent Residency Obligations.

Yes, sponsor will have to maintain income level during the duration of application.

That is understandable. I was wondering if IRCC has said anything about 2021 income level, i guess not.

Hello folks, Has anyone come across Q 12 of IMM5768 Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship: Every other family member not listed above and dependent on you financially, where they are living with you or not?

To answer this Q, do we have to give information about dependent children of sponsor as well as parents? or just the dependent children of sponsor?
