Yes , Totally agree with you . IRCC need to ban such kind of people .
But as i said earlier , IRCC don't have any provision to know in advance , thats the reason they call more Application than limit for each year

Hello everyone. I received an invitation to apply. However my income for 2018 is a bit shy for $600 since I’m new in Canada and started my job March 2018. Can I just apply one parent instead of both parents? Is there anyone there have similar situation? Thank you.

Do the following things.

1> ASAP apply for updated income revision in 2018 via accountant,( uber etc , accountant will know)
2> Give full authority to the CIC to contact CRA on your behalf to check your income. ie not not opt to send urself option C forms as income proof
3> Send you application close to 60 days deadline.
NOTE: This has a drawback. Any mistake or wrong version of fill application correction option will not come. So get it filled via consultant

Totally agree with you
IRCC should barred these kind of people for minimum 5 year so that they learn their lesson and other also should not snatch some one else seat

people are trying for last 5-6 years without any luck ..

BUT IRCC is fully aware of this kind of application where people income are not enough and they also applied
So as per IRCC They are going to call enough application so that VALID Application they received is 30 K

Which means TOTAL invitation will be around 33K approx (if IRCC feels from past experience approx 10% people are like this , who simply apply and not interested)
Having said that still i feel why people apply if they know last 3 year income is not enough for sponsoring parents.

I understand your emotions but I think people should not be banned from apply even for a second. Some people really make a mistake without knowing they are making one. Just because of few bad apples, innocent people should not be punished. Whatever is the way, we all are trying to get united with our parents, and I wish all of us can do so soon.

Can anyone please suggest If I do not have a birth certificate ? what other document I can use instead ? I was looking at BLS website one can apply for Certificate of Date of Birth, would that work ? pls suggest ..thank you in advance..

Genuine Error in calculation of income , pardonable. But when people know very well that there income don’t meet required criteria what is fun in applying? Ultimately they will not be considered for final PR of their PGP.They not only waste their time & energy but also become hindrance to the chances of selection of other genuine persons. God give them Sadbuddhi.

Hello folks, for the Form IMM1344 - There are two options in the Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking: a) Withdraw your sponsorship Application. All processing fees less $75 will be refunded. b) Proceed with the application for permanent residence. Processing fees will be retained. Which of the two options is advisable for my parents?

Also for sponsor, there are only two forms to be uploaded, am i correct? one form is IMM1344 Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking and second form is IMM5768 Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship?

Since this is almost end of year, sponsor will have to maintain income level during the duration of application, right? Thanks

Its up to you. If you think you are absolutely eligible and have no doubt then both the option are same. If not, then may be option a would help you to save some bucks in case you are found not eligible.

May be form related with appointing representative and/or revealing personal information is something you need to fill, sign, date, scan and send to your parents, as a sponsor. Note, this is not mandatory but many do it to make sure that they are sync with their parents pr application process.
