Thanks everyone.

It seems there were no blank sections. Everything was filled out. As last resort, I have asked my friend to call CIC and find out exactly what they are looking for.

Your doctor didn't follow procedure or overlook it and the medical they did was a mistake. No upfront medical is allowed for PR apps. You may get away with it, but as shown in the IRCC website, this is not a correct process.

Congrats! If your parents do upfront medical and e-cas shows medical passed, that all matters. Hope this will speed up your parents' application!!

Hi,
I have received SA letter from Mississauga asking for PCC, travel history and Resume. For PCC, my mother is in Canada for more than 6 months. Do I need PCC from Canada as well?

No, you do not need PCC from Canada. I guess (just my guess) CIC has access to the information.

Technically filling out VAC appointment form has no relation with CIC.
This is merely for appointment purposes only.

So, after the biometrics are done. What are we supposed to upload? Like what documents are we expecting to get from the VAC centre?

According to GCMS notes my mom is exempt from biometrics because she has been on super visa in Canada. Now HK LVO requests biometrics.
