@robertp hey, I sent my additional docs and pcc through email 2 days ago and have not received any acknowledgement, does everyone get the acknowledgement email or it's random?

If we get passport renewed in India, they give the old passport along so that no visa stamping is required. I am not sure about Iran.

or call CIC, they will tell you your UCI..but i think you don't need it anymore since you are able to check your ecas.

the number on PR card is your UCI number! UCI is 8 digit number present on front of your PR card PR card number is the 9 digit(letter+digits) number present at back (top right corner) of your PR card.

You don't need to have your parents UCI, you can check with yours!! Please share your timeline!

Both sponsor and PA can see the eCAS status. Use the following link and use yours or your PA's UID or any of the mentioned IDs https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en

I would say do it asap if they take 3 months to issue a PCC. And PCC is valid for 6 months so don't worry about expiration.
