Got an email that they’re requesting my father’s passport, two ID photos and prepaid envelope just few minutes ago.
My father is in Philippines right now and I have to submit a webform although I already submitted the webform that he is already back in the Philippines.. Anyway my father got a PPR today!!

According to GCMS notes my mom is exempt from biometrics because she has been on super visa in Canada. Now HK LVO requests biometrics.

That biometrics is so confusing my father too is on supervisa and was here in Canada when I submitted the application then CPC Mississauga still requested biometrics good thing I rebooked his flight with no additional charge and he got the biometrics and medical done in Philippines.

Very good. Good thing that your parents got US visa I was about to get my father but the appointment for interview in Toronto will compromise the deadline for the bio.. hope everything goes well for your parents..

I have received SA letter from Mississauga asking for PCC, travel history and Resume. For PCC, my mother is in Canada for more than 6 months. Do I need PCC from Canada as well?

PCC from Canada is not required.

My MiL's passport is expiring December 2021 and her super visa's stay validity is until Jan 2020. I'm just thinking if her PR application is not completed till close to end of 2020, I might just get her to fly back home and renew her passport.

Please correct me on this, is it true that once she gets PPR her passport validity should be at least a year?

I checked all links in the tracker and found sample PCC from dehli visa office.

So is it the same PCC request from all visa offices for thier applicants to provide PCC from age of 18?

I dont remember exctly who but someone in the past in this thread got request as general to provide PCC but no time frame of age was mentioned in his request.

You can send the GCMS to LVO Hongkong and ask for the exemption.
