My mom did the biometrics in Buffalo on Nov 1 and as of today mycic status still shows ”we have not received your fingerprints....”although the biometrics number, expiry date are shown under applicant info. Thinking of taking my mom to do the biometrics again in Canada now. Any thought? Thanks

My mom did biometrics a week ago. On the same day enrollment info was updated under Applicant Info on mycic. However, as of now Biometrics section on mycic still shows "we need your fingerprints to process your application." Is this a technical glitch? Anyone has experience with this? Thank you.

Did the biometrics last Friday on November 1. On the same day the biometrics enrollment info was updated under mycic. But as of now under Biometrics section it still says “ we need your fingerprints to process....”. Does anyone know how soon this will change to biometrics completed? Thanks

According to GCMS notes my mom is exempt from biometrics because she has been on super visa in Canada. Now HK LVO requests biometrics.
