Little more clarification about your situation.
Did you include your spouse income for 2016 or not?
If yes then I think you have to count your income only for 2016 for family size 3 as you were married in 2017.

Otherwise send them a well explained letter with all your income details including NOA or hire good immigration lawyer.

GoodLuck
No I didn’t include my wife income for 2016,17 or 18. She arrived in Canada in 2019. Onward she is added as co -signer

My wofe is co-signer but I get married in 2018. She arrived in Canada in 2019. So she is co signer for 2019. And coming years
On your previous post ( April 24, 2019 ) you said you don’t have co-signer.

well if you wife is co-signer and you got married in year 2018 still you both have to show income for 2016 to 2018 & 2019 in case CIC ask.

please check example 3 “Even though your wife is only included in the family size in 2018, she has to provide her proof of income for 2018, 2017 and 2016, as she’s the co-signer on the application.”

if wife is Co-singer : check Example 3 >> https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1460&top=14

Yes, an X-ray done at least 6 months Before or after is fine. My dad had a 2 year old X-ray and it worked for him. All they want to verify is there is no change in whatever they noticed.
But the x-ray has to be taken from assigned physicians or anywhere?? I dont think they will accept x-ray from somewhere else

Hi All,

I got a request to submit Police Clearance Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID and Supplemental Travel Information updated form on Feb 27 2020. I submitted all the details by Feb 29 2020. The deadline that CIC gave us is Mar 27 2020. Can I bring my parents to Canada now while their application is still in process? If they get a passport request in a month or so, would I be able to send the passports to CPC Mississauga for stamping single entry visa while they are in Canada. Or should I wait until the Permanent Residency Application is complete before planning the trip from India to Canada. Please advice.

Thanks,
Edmpr

You can bring parents to Canada any time. For PPR you can ask CIC to submit in Canada.

Last name issue:

My parents don’t have last name on their passports. I used their given name in the last on the forms and left given name blank.
On the biometrics, they used same name in both given and last names.
Now on the sponsor approval letter It says the same name twice. Like P Singh P Singh for my dad.
I believe they will issue the PR card like that now.
Is there anything I can do about it or no?
OMG !!! My PIL have the same issue and on Biometric request letter they have place “NIL” as last name !!! This might be an issue at later stage . Did you reach out to CIC, so they can rectify duplication ?
