Visa Application for my Parents
Application Received Date: May 29, 2019

• On Client Application Status Line 4 updated as "Medical results have been received."
• On IRCC online account Application/profile updated with message: "Review of medical results - March 9, 2020:You passed the medical exam."

Note: After sending two inquiries one during end of december and one at end of february to NDVO, we didn't receive any confirmation on our medical back. I decided to email CPC-M as that was original Visa Office who initiated medical request for my parents. My parents received email today from CPC-M by confirming that they received Medical as well as online profile and eCAS updated with Passed result status. They further informed me to contact NDVO for further processing.

Question: Can we send PCC, CV and other travel documents to pro-actively to NDVO? If yes, then what should be the email address. If No, then I would assume we have to wait for the appropriate email from NDVO office.

Did your parents' background check start right after "in process" and persisted until "decision made"?
My mom's BGC has been there for 8 months and it seems never-ending.

How do i send passport guys? And is there any fees?,

Hi,
I called CIC last week about update on PPR but the agent confirmed that it is upto the discretion of the VO to send PPR.
The agent said that he cannot provide any information on PPR.
Also, he confirmed that the agents cannot see the decision on the application contradicting the last agent who confirmed that the application has been approved.
Should I order GCMS notes?

Guys I received email from cic saying my application refused due to not meeting income requirement. But I have enough income.

In the letter they Have calculated 4 family members for the year 2016. But in 2016 I was not married , so we were three member Me & my mom dad in 2016 & 2017.
I got married in 2018.
They said I am not meeting 2016 income for 4 members which is not true.

Can you please advise what should I do??

For your case wife is not Co-signer, you have to talk with professional lawyer for rejection. I dont understand why CIC rejected after Bio?
as per calculation for year 2016 your family size is 3 NOT 4.

Consult a good immigration lawyer on this matter.

Hi guys just came through a weird situation, my parents received PPR , but we are planning to submit passport in canada coz they will be here in a week . Now I got an email from local IRCC office for my parents to attend an interview . Does anyone know what that interview is about ?my guess is this is a landing Interview. Anyone else got this interview?

All additional documents (ie PCC) have been submitted since Oct 2019. On MyCIC account, it says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." I guess CPC Mississaga is slow on final decision.

I submitted pcc in mid Jan, no news, called them they say all seems well, those with long travel history takes long.
