I can't check my parent's application. IRCC already asked the medical and Biometrics and I already got the letter of approval as a sponsor. none of the UCI # works to check the process. Any Ideas?

If your parents are in Canada, then apply PCC through BSL. If they are in India, then either apply through passport website or go to local police station. It usually takes 6-8 weeks in India.

My parents are in a similar situation. They have been invited to complete their biometrics but I as the sponsor, am unable to track their application with the UCI.
