June 24 2019 - RCMP fingerprint requested for PA- sent an email confirming if that is what they want as RCMP does not provide fingerprints only
July 03 2019 - RCMP finger print based clearance requested
July 15 2019 - Fingerprint results submitted via email and GC key upload
July 30 2019 - E case changed to DM

I sent my PCC through "Uploading Documents" via myCIC profile....my application status hasn't changed yet but i phoned them 2 weeks ago and they said they have received the documents. Give them a call and confirm they have received it. If your processing office is OTTAWA, they got very slow in replies. I guess we need to be patient. But it doesn't hurt to call and confirm.

I did the same thing. uploaded the documents through cic. The status says the documents have been received and waiting to be reviewed.

Got COPR July 17,2019. File Complete. COPR and Landing all at Etobicoke office in 15 Minutes.

Got Landing formalities done at Etobicoke office. Very Easy Process. Lot of people there but we got all done in 15 minutes.
They issued us COPR. Just asked first and last entry in Canada since my parents were in Canada on Supervisa from 2013.

GOT SIN No, Health card. All done.

Hi experts i have been silent follower in this forum, and need some help related to parents sponsorship. Thanks in Advance
My parents got request for police clearance and request to submit form IMM-5562.
I am not able understand if this form(IMM-5562) is only to submitted by principal applicant which already includes information about spouse, or this form has to be submitted by both of them separately?

Principal Applicant form includes Dependent Spouse as well.
No need to submit separate form for Spouse

I am from 2nd round and my parents file is with NDVO. There medical was updated in last week of april and pcc and travel documents were sent at the same time in April. I received pre arrival letter on july 09. Is there anyone with similar timelines? Please advise.

Yes I am in similar timelines, medical was requested in early May and Received by May 10 and nothing updated after that, not even medical passed. When were your medical received and passed dates ?

My parents’s medical was updated as passed on april 26, i sent them pcc and travel history form on april 15. Our background check is not in process even. Additional documents shows they are reviewing our additional documents.

Just a quick question for those whose have parents that are already in Canada on PGP PR. Are prescription drugs covered for them by province based on their income?? Thanks

Hello Yulia
We received word back from CIC on July 20.
I was not approved as a sponsor due to not meeting the financial criteria as per family size.
We had anticipated this to be an issue as we have a complicated family situation and had included an affidavit that the visa officer will review.
Therefore we are proceeding with the application regardless and will file an appeal if the application is denied.
The file is being sent to Singapore.
Today we received a biometric letter but I am not sure if the medical or police certificate will be requested now that my SA has been denied.
