Hi By chance was one of your parents in Police force or any other enforcement job?

My father in law was in Police, so somehow I am thinking police background check takes more time. I could be wrong

hi guys, question about dependents.. my Brother in law is 24 single, FT student and financially dependent on MIL. is he also eligible?

Overage dependants

To be eligible as a dependant, children 22 years old and older must:

• have depended on a parent's financial support since before the age of 22 because of a physical or mental condition
  or
  
  
• have been a full-time student on an ongoing basis since before the age of 22, and
• have depended on a parent's financial support since that time.
