Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

I am preparing to sponsor my parents from india in 2019. They got married in 1985 and don't have a marriage certificate as it didn't exist those days. Can anyone share sample/format of an affidavit that can be used in lieu of?

You can try to make a marriage certificate, my parents got married in 1969 and I applied it they have some formalities of witnesses and all. you have enough time to do that because i think if you can provide that document better to get that.

thank you, I also have a issue i need to clarify before going further, I am a stay at home mom so I only work when i have the time, my Husband is the main person that works and I have 1 Child, how do they calculate the Income funds, is it both of our money together or just his as he is the cosigner, he barely passes the LICO but with both of our income together its a lil bit more over, so i want to know do they add them together or they will use the cosigner tax return to determine my eligibility to sponsor my dad, TIA.

Hi Guys,
I need your comments/advice on a strange change of status in my Cic account. For medical status changed from request for medical sent on 1st Oct to your medical results not recieved. Me and my wife had taken the medical examination on 13th October in Canada and the panel physician uploaded the report on 26th Oct (recieved an e medical information sheet on my request from physicians office confirming the results were submitted).Any one faced the same situation. I have already sent the e medical information sheet by e mail and web form on 26th. Please advice what are my options now.

I am wondering if I should still try to apply next year; our tax return show we well exceed the amount for 2015, 2017, but for 2016 we were short by 3,000 as my daughter was born in the middle of that year so we became a family of 3 in mid year, my husband was changing jobs and i was pregnant at the time so i was working less hours, would they over look 2016 tax figure or decline my application?

One more thing I haven't recieved the PCC request yet even the medical request was recieved on 1st October. Is this normal because I see in SS normally it is within 15 days. I have got the PCC done anticipating that it will be asked shortly .Shall I wait for them to ask for it or I send it through web form/email.

I sent original by mail as well, if they ask you so you need to send by mail
