Thanks for sharing the timeline.

Once you receive AOR, given that now they are in Philippines, I will recommend you to update mailing address of your parents.

Question - who will receive AOR email ? Primary applicant i.e. my dad or do they send it to Sponsor as well. I sent email address for both of us. Thanks.

Hi all,
I just received the documents from my home country signed by my parents and will have all my documents ready
by tomorrow morning. That being said, is there any way I can make sure my docuemtns get to Ottawa by tomorrow
and if so how can they drop it off at the PO Box.
Any suggestions will help.
Thanks in advance.
Nikhil.

Guys, when I validate the form, I couldn't find any barcodes but it just adds some numbers on the last page. The message is "Your validate is completed".
Is it something common?

Depends on what form you validated. What form was that?

I have very limited knowledge regarding taxation for self-employed, so I waited for some other experts to get back to you, given no one has till now, I thought I should suggest you something.

I just checked the screenshot you provided, to me it looks perfect, you have nicely provided the employment history in year-wise fashion.

Now you just need to make sure that whatever income related numbers you are putting are matching, your best bet to put gross income mentioned in the NOA (however, I am not sure if a self employed person, who is also employed with other company gets one or two separate NOA).

At the end of the day, you want to make sure that if IRCC officer pulls some numbers from CRA database (as per your consent), the number/ income you provided should match with CRA's. Just one more suggestion, I suggest to add income in the very first row also (for ABC Inc.), you can put income here on the basis of paystubs you have received from your employer till now.

Thank you :)

I have modified the form to be more clearer, since uploading the screenshot. Here is what I changed...
1) Added 2018 Income
2) Added extra line, to display total amount for each Year.
i.e...
2017 - Employer 1 70,000
2017 - Self-Emp 10,000
Total as displayed on 2017 NOA line 150 - 80,000

Hope this explains better for them.

And Yes, I have added only the Taxable income which is on NOA 150 :D

Thanks so much friends...

Depends on what form you validated. What form was that?
- Form 5669, in the specific box it shows “validated yes” but there isn’t any barcode on the last page.
-Form 1344, It shows “validated No”.
The error message is related to contact information and telephone number:
“For the cosigner you can’t use 11 for the country code.”

But I just have choose Canada/Us and in the box for the country code is “1”!!

There is no barcode generated for 5669.
I also got that error message on the 1344 form but the form still got validated Did you put entire phone number ? Try revalidating the form.

Anyone knows why the use of representative form has so many warning notices and disclosure requirements such as disclosure to Border Agency etc? Does it mean that this form specifically gets shared with a variety of agencies? I read some where that when landing the border officer also checks the signature against this form so I asked my parents to keep copies of this form so they won't remember how they signed this specific form.

Any insights?

- You don't have to provide an explanation for not providing IMM5409 or IMM5748
- IMM 5676 - Use of Representative form will be required from the principle applicant among your parents. If it's not provided with the application package, IRCC will get back to you and ask for it. That might delay the overall processing.

Good luck!
Are you sure that it is mandatory to submit IMM 5676 form and if anyone doesn't IRCC will ask for it later?
