The email you mentioned is an AOR from CIC ? have you linked your MIL application in myCIC?

Yes Received AOR from CIC with Application # F000.... and i paid biometrics fees already when i submit my application but they were asking me again to pay the biometrics and submit thru webform
Then i uploaded the form again thru webform
Iam unable to link the application i can only see the ECAS status application received pls update my file my mother in law from India

Can you please help me understand my status??

We received the AOR for Parents and grandparents on December 28 2018.

On November 6th 2018, they asked for additional document, about my mother's side (Dependent to my father)

I was able to email that out the very next day to the email address they provided in the letter itself. After then, we received the AOR on December 28th 2018.

Now, so far I have only been checking the eCAS status, which always showed application received on both areas. Nothing more.

Today I was finally able to login to CIC status, and link the application using GCkey.

It has no updates either. One of the status shows, We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details.

I am not sure if this is about Nov 6th 2018 correspondence because that is the only email I received so far. I have already responded to this and got the AOR a month later. Is this a glitch?

Can someone shed some light please!

I received the confirmation of Sponsorship Eligibility and AOR from London visa office within a couple of days as soon as the Biometrics info was received in their system.
Also ECAS for principal Applicant was changed back to Application Received from In Process the same day.
To this date it stays as App Received.

Im part of the second batch of 2018. Ive received my Sponsorship Eligibility Decision email on april 18th 2019, but no news ever since...
Is this normal? I am from Quebec, so I already sent the QC specific application, but no medical exams were requested yet. Is this normal? My parents are in Brazil, but our docs sent to Mexico instead of Sao Paulo.. any help is appreciated, thanks!

You should look at the SS. Seems Mexico applications are moving slowly. April 18 was just 2 months ago. I am not sure you need to be worried.

Yulia, kindly update the spreadsheet. Information faxed on May 30th.

Did not check MyCIC for a while. Checked today and it acknowledges receipt of of additional document, mother's death certificate.
ECAS still reads "In Process" for both the Sponsorship and PR Application.
So no progress per say....:-(

First Biometrics request and then you will receive Sponsorship approval and file will be transferred to LVO. Where it will take roughly 6 months to be reviewed and after that you will receive Medical and PCC followed by PPR.

My father is 80 plus, so supposedly he wont require biometrics - correct?. Will he require PCC?
