They just requested my Mom's passport, they are only giving her 15 days to send it, she is currently in Canada on a Super Visa, according to the instructions letter she can send her passport to Ottawa, do any of you know how long they take to send the passport back?
And once we get it, how can she do the landing?

I do have a Gckey account, and I want to upload multiple documents IMM 5562 (travel forms), aside from the form itself , I do have an extra sheet of paper to upload, Coz' my dad travel a lot for the past ten years. how can I do that? It's my first time to upload a docs. For the PCC, there is a separate button , which I think, is easy to upload.

I believe you need to check the schedule / duty of each boarder... that service is not available 24/7 as far as i know

Scan travel form and additional page together, save as one document and then uppload where they ask to uppload the travel form
