Hello Guys,

PLZ PLZ I need help Urgent.

I am applying for my mother PR Application and i have some queries.
1- She is in Canada right now and my mother in law as well. Me and my spouse have applied for both there Visitor application last year. I wanted to know should i include my Mother in law in family size or not ? As she is only on visit visa you don't need to counter her in your family size

2- IMM 0008 Form dependents area - My mom has no child who is dependent anymore..all are over 30 year old . My dad passed away so she is the only one whom i am filing the PR for. So my understanding is i do not have to fill anything on Dependent area ..is it correct ? Correct

3- Do i have to include my fathers death certificate? Only date of deceased in Family information form is enough

4- Financial evaluation form- How should i fill current undertaking for my and my spouse. Me and my spouse have applied for visiter visa for my mom and mother in law and they are in canada for 4 months. I sponsored my wife 3 years ago. your family is only you and your wife + your children. No visitor will count in family size.

PLLZZZZZZ PLZZZ HELP

Sorry for a dumb question but I'm just double-checking.

About the two photos of applicant, only one photo needs to have on the back the applicant's name, applicant's date of birth, address of photography studio, and the date photo was taken... and the second photo has to be completely blank from the back. Right? Or is it like both the photos need to have this information written on the back?

Please advise.

Unfortunately it will return as its not only current income. It's clearly stated for last 3 years you must meet the income.

Good Luck

hi fellow applicants, can you please help me with the following query?

A family of 4 (including parents) and the minimum income with the co-signer for last three years:

2015 - $51,654
2016 - $36,190
2017 - $49,619

I know this doesn't meet the LICO, however, now my yearly income is $95,000. It's a salaried job and can show proof of income from the company.

Do you think my application will be returned or they will consider my recent income? Your input is much appreciated.

Hi All

I am applying for my Parents PR, I am in the process of filling up the forms.

At this moment my PR Card is expired and I have sent the application for renewal already. It is in the processing state, but I do not see my PR cards coming in next 2-3 weeks so. In Supporting Documents can I attach the photocopy of my Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5299) form that I received at the time of my first entry to Canada as a PR?
Provide copy of confirmation of PR paper and provide copy of the current PR card. Also, provide an explanation letter to the IRCC providing the details e.g. your PR card has expired but you have applied for it and it will take about 2 - 3 weeks, which could potentially delay the submission of application.

If you don't meet past 3 years income requirement, your app will be rejected. I don't know how much simpler the rules can be explained,.

Not sure why so many people don't think the rules apply to them for some reason. Someone who actually did meet the rules and qualified, could have used the lottery spot you wasted.

Only back of one (1) photo must:

  • bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio;
  • bear the date the photo was taken;
  • The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are not accepted.

In process of finishing to fill all the forms. Had a question regarding signatures. Will a scanned signed copy work ? or do i have to have them post it to me.

Team,
Question regarding "Employment history - Sponsor" - q14
Do I need to specify Gross income for each year even though I worked for the same company?
For the 1st line, if from date is 2018-01-01 to Present, what should be the gross income, is it from 2017 NOA?

2018 to present (with 4 or 5 months income) depends on date of your application and than divide each year despite you are working for same employee. It's important as last column on same is family size they have to check for LICO.

good luck

Just noticed that the courier companies do not deliver to the PO Box addresses, a FedEx representative mentioned that to me after refusing to take the application package after seeing the PO Box address for IRCC's Ottawa centre.

Realizing that some fellow sponsors are scrambling to get the application package together, I thought its worth to highlight this and save their time. Best option will be to use Canada Post's Priority delivery option.

Good luck everyone!
