Thanks for the example. In my case, i was employed as a contract to one company and then became emplyed at another company.Yes! You have to put your employment history year wise with your income (as per NOAs). Read the below link where I had provided an example:

Should i put period of employment company name and gross income for whole year or just earned with that company ?
and then in next line other company, period of employment and gross income for that whole year again or just what i earned with that company.
If i enter income from just the company separately in two columns, By adding those two numbers, it wont add up to my NOA income as there are other incomes too.
Any help is appreciated. I am stuck on this part.
