1 yr post graduate course won't lead you to PNP unless you have a job offer. Secondly PGWP depends on actual duration of the program. If your actual duration of program is 2 yrs and you are completing it in 1 year then you would be getting a 2 yr work permit. Else if actual duration is 1 yr then you would be getting 1 year. Thirdly they count only 1 program not the cumulative of what you did, means if you did Two 1 yr courses it would be counted as one as you apply for PGWP on basis of your certificate or degree and not on basis of duration you spent here.
