Hi guys,

I am also waiting for my Ontario-PNP but I am pretty much behind you in the queue. PNP office received my file on the last day of December 2013 but hasn't issued me file number yet.

Feeling very frustrated as they are telling me they will issue the file number at the end of march. Prior to this, they were saying they will issue it in end of February. I am so worried right now.

on which date did you apply?

me and my friend applied on December 18th and our application was received on january 29th, and still we didn't receive our file number. very much frustrated of this slow processing. i don't know how long it may took to get a file number and to get approved for PNP.

How can it take so long for them to receive your documents on January 29th? I posted my case on December 24th and it was delivered on December 31st.

I applied for O-PNP under masters graduate stream in Nov 2013, but I was still on study permit at that time and was waiting for my PGWP which was in process. After 2 weeks, I received a letter from O-PNP which had my file no. and they asked me to send my PGWP copy within 30 days. I sent them that via fax.
I read people here saying that they just received acknowledgement but still waiting for file no. So what does getting a file no. signify? Anything at all? It still means they've not yet approved your application, right?

You can confirm if yours has been approved from the PNP office.
 
Ok people, it is the beginning of March already... Has anyone received their certificates as promised? I as sure have not :(

Hello everyone,

I applied under International Student with a Job offer category. My employer screening application was approved on 28th August 2013. I applied for Nominee Application on 7th November 2013 which was received on 10th November 2013.

Today i.e. 3rd March 2014 I received an email with file number requesting for a copy of my PGWP.
I wrote the timeline information so that someone with a similar case can have it as a reference.

PS - International students with job offer donot need to provide IELTS score as per CIC representative.
 
I applied to the masters student without a job offer stream on February 3. No acknowledgement letter yet. After reading this thread i've realized it might be a while before I finally get the nomination! Let the waiting game begin!
 
Hi Guys,

I just called the office and they told me that the decision has been made on my application, however they wont tell me whether it got approved or not. They told me to wait for the letter.

I'm just wondering what is that mean ? is that mean I got approved or not ? has anyone experienced the same situation ?
