Congrats @Shankar Iyer , most likely the reason being Mississauga office doesn't process eCOPR. There are only certian offices in Canada which do that, for example Montreal, Etobicoke etc. Once the application reaches the approval stage, they fwd it to an office for eCOPR to be generated. This...

Eligibility was completed right after Biometrics was completed but no communications after that. All they say is your background security check is still in-progress. I wish there was more transparency in this process.

CoPR is required. Ask your parents to double-check the decision envelope they got from VFS. It ought to be there. PR landing can't be done without it.

At least some here were asked for additional documentations. In my case, not even a single document has been asked as of today. Just bare silence. Anyone knows what the process actually involves here?
