the package of the support letter contains 3 documents
1- the letter of support (1 paper)
2- the Nomination Certificate (2 papers)
3- the Operational Bulletin 1 paper with 2 pages sides

should we send them all in the WO application ???

I'm confused too but I think it's wise if we send all three. and about the forms, if you want to apply a OPW for your husband too, you should fill the form twice but if you just want him to accompany you to the Canada it's enough to fill it once(for yourself)

it is really confusing , I have 2 children will accompany me , what document should I apply for them , because all forms are for persons older than 18 years and they are still babies

1) IMM1295E-Application for WP made outside Canada
2) IMM5257B_1-Schedule 1 Application for TRV
3) IMM5409E-Statutory Declaration of Common law Union
4) IMM5488E-Document Checklist
5) IMM5645E-Family Information

Did anyone had any issues regarding photos specification seems like they are strict abt this and if not proper it can cause delay.

Out here in U.S for getting 6 photos as per standard its $30 so on average in ur family head count is three it may cost you around $100 seems like lot of money.

IF anyone from U.S.A have other options please let me know.

@ Surial the document checklist "4) IMM5488E-Document Checklist" doesnt mention about Police clearance ceritifcate.
Has any one checked with Local CIC and got this confirmed ? I mean do we really need a PCC while applying for WP ?

no additional cost. Infact it frees one from the hassle of sending it to Delhi via courier. Also its not going to be a one time activity.
