AoA and Hi All....hope every one is busy in sending files and waiting for good news....

i have few questions please any one answer that if possible...

0) can any one please give me the most updated version of check list from CIC link?
1) what back should be used for photos..white or blue?
2) in check list , it is mentioned please refer STEP NUMBER 3 for fee payment...please share the link from where i can refer it....
3) how can i insert my and my family names in urdu in pdf becoz?
4) in TRAVEL FORM....it is mentioned that if you did not travel anywhere please check the checkbox...but there is a box for writing the name of dependents aged 18 and over...it is ok i will check the checkbox that we never travelled but my 2 sons are under 18 ,how could i write their names in those box becoz those box are for aged 18 or over.......got my point?
5) in nominee certificate from ONTARIO...which one must be sent?...original certificate which has a stamp of Copy.. or i should send a copy of it....?
6) what is written about IELTS in check list...i think we should send the copy of Ielts result which we passed and sent to ONTARIO in MAY 2012?

I don't know about all your questions but try to answer those I know
1- Document Check list
2- White
3- I'm not sure but to me I just installed the last version of Adobe Acrobat and installed Persian fonts and I didn't have any problem writing in Persian.
Although if you can't write Urdu in PDF it's not a big issue. You can print it and then write it manually.
4- Don't know
5- Just copy, the original should be send to CIC for your PR application.
6- Copy of a valid IETLS exam is enough.

For point number 5 i beleive you are sending your PR application to Nova Scotia. If yes then send the "Original Nomination certificate with COPY stamped". Also for IELTS it should be Original and not Copy. For OWP IELTS Copy will do

Check list for Work permit is asking only for Copies and not Originals.

If you have already submited your Original IELTS when you got selected for PNP, now for PR you need to give the Photo Copy only.

I have few queries regarding the OWP

In may case (Myself , wife and 3 yr old kid)
1. Im only planning to apply for OWP.
2. For my wife I apply TRV
3. For my 3 year old kid I apply for School Permit

All the above 3, goes in one Single package to Local CIC. Now If i get my OWP i alone travel and my wife and Kid join me after some time
(Is that possible ? I mean we may not have got PR at that time)

What is the application fees that I will have to Pay. anything that need to be paid for TRV and School permit ?

Hi Pradeesh,

Yesterday I spoke to VFS-Mumbai, per them, fees is $150 per head. In case u apply just a TRV - fees $150. If you apply for OWP+TRV its $150. There is no extra fees for OWP. I'm not sure about school permit though, I didnt ask VFS reg. this.

Also, he advised to get medicals done after we receive medical request from CIC. OWP processing time is 20 working days, so thats like a month.

File is - Checklist_Work_Permit_IT_Worker_Live_in_Caregiver_161111.pdf. This document states, "Proof of personal funds, including income tax returns for the past two years, bank statements/ books from the past three months. Property documents/other proof of income or investments."

Hi Pradeesh ,

as per Jordan Visa office they stated "•Pre-school/Kindergarten: no study permit required." ,from where did you know that 3 years old kid needs a study permit please ?

so total is 140 cad dollar.....
should i make on DD for 140 or 4 different DD ???

I did 1400 as 1 DD but in DD (left side down) I put my UID as a main applicant and also IMM 008 is there so they will know 1400 for what

1 DD, 550+550+150+150 = CAD $ 1400, (not 140), only one DD for 1400.00 as a main applicant Just put your Name & DOB OR Name & UID

There is no mentioned but just for sure, if any thing goes wrong so you can show them with your name and you can prove it easily OR if DD misplaced so they can put in your file.
