Yes i have not received AOR yet

My WP expires in July 2016
Chintu's WP was also expiring in July 2016

What do u mean by saying they'll prioritize the Jan and Feb applications over Dec ones, is this true for all or only CEC? Please clarify.

same is the case with many. I recreated profile 5 times and finally got PT in December, so we all are in que. But as they stopped sending PT since FEb16, there are no new applications received, which will speed up the process as it goes. january app will get faster AOR than Dec. and February applicants may get even faster, which in turn will get a faster nomination too.

Please also add me to the list. After months of trying to get information about my application, I received an email from OINP today.

Application received: Jan 14th, 2016
Stream: CEC, Human Capital
AOR: May 20th, 2016.
PGWP Expiration: July 2016
NOC: 4163

I got an email with a note saying that my application was deemed complete, and a receipt for the $1,500 fee. I am assuming this is the AOR?

I'm confused. People who qualify for CEC (1+ year Canadian experience) should be able to collect enough points to get ITA without needing provincial nomination. Is that not true?

Don't think so. Atleast not for international students who are on PGWP. I think the max you can get with 1 year of Canadian experience is 444 and the max with 2 years of experience is 469. Definitely not guaranteed.
