AOR2 is email but many VO don't send it, a confirm way to know if you have AOR2 or not is to check for Line number 2 under PA's ECAS, if it says "We started processing on XX/XX/XXXX" that's your AOR2.
You can use the Temp numner without the X or your Payment Receipt number, the status will only show in ECAS if your file is already in system and AOR is a few days away

The paper files that we send are being scanned by IRCC and being sent to the Officer working from home, as for the entire application process going digital is under work and expect to be towards end of the year

You don't need to use comma in-between the names.
I too have almost same timeline (In Signature) as you and yes my file too got moved to Ottawa. From what I have read it can take 2-4 months at Ottawa to get PPR
