They are working Tech Stream for sure look like, good luck everybody

Can you tell me about your rejection reason in detail?
You mentioned that reason was about salary that was under minimum wage.
Are you in GTA?
if yes, Median wage for same feild is $46 per hour.
Did your employer matched this requirement or low wage??
I am bit confuse here so if you can clarify please.

My employer raised my salary above the median wage like 40 50 cent. They have to change the job offer letter and employer form to reflect that. After than i send it to OINP through the same email trail that they send to me to warm about the wage is under median.

OINP intends to refuse your application and ban you from the program for five years for misrepresentation.

after OINP I have received LMIA from different province. but i have informed same to employer as i was more interested into OINP rather LMIA.
now what to do i dont understand. since immigration rules getting tougher day by day..

If i travel on WP will it be good to get PR?
any information shared or advice will be highly appreciated Always...so that i can proceed further..!

why it happened employer sent wrong information to oinp,your application didn't go through dip stage?

i received WP from different employer from other province and the same has been shared but not updated the same to OINP it seems.

I dnot know now what to do ..

but i don't not hide anything to him from my side.
As soon as i received WP from different province and shared the same information to him.

I don't understand what you are asking.

At this point probably best if you hire an immigration lawyer to help you given what happened with your OINP application.

I still haven't got the AoR.

OINP direct pathway to PR
LMIA+ after 6months or one year need to apply to PR at that time eligibility criteria.

based on above scenarios which is the fastest way to get PR.?
