My application was sent Nov 10, AOR Mar 11!

Finally! Congratulations! Happy for you. As observed earlier, FSW outland applicants with managerial NOC s are getting nominations. I don't know when people with NOC A/B will start getting nominations. I'll update the list when I get to my PC.

@Raj: Yeah, it does seem to be the case, unfortunately. I do wish OINP informs us of the exact criteria for nominations, and if this is an NOC-based process.

Guys, do we have a count of folks with 0-NOCs in our group?

Did you contribute to Canada? All of us giving the Tax to Canada. We have the real job. Why they will take you before me? You will take all the Govt. facilities without doing nothing at the beginning. Man don't use this type of comment.

Some FSW-outland applicants have been living in Canada longer than some CEC applicants (ie. I lived in Canada from 2005 to 2014). It's just that some former international students decided to move back to their home countries and got a good job (or a "real job" as you called it there) and wanted to return to Canada. I have paid income taxes in Canada since 2010.

Don't generalize all FSW applicants as non-contributing leeches of the OINP and for Canada. Don't ever think again that ALL FSW applicants have never came to Canada and competing for PR with you.

Hello All

I submitted OPNP application from India in Dec 2015 and in June 2016 i received an e-mail saying the demand draft expired and had requested for the new DD, which i sent immediately. I have not received any communication after that, anyone has gone through this? How much more time you think it could take for me to receive ITA.

Still waiting for next stage!!!! Nobody knows how they are doing their work. So don't point to us.

While I don't share bestofluck's train of thought - I don't entirely with your comment too. Firstly, I am very sorry about the long processing time of your application - You are an October applicant still waiting. That should have been a long wait. Hope you get nominated soon.

The program did not specify that CEC applicants will be given priority. The program said that "CEC applicants with expiring work permit" would be given priority. FSW applicants have paid 1500 CAD as processing fee - We have contributed to the province of Ontario. Since it was not mentioned in the application guide OR OINP has not issued a statement saying that they prefer CEC candidates, I would look forward to FSW applicants get nominated too. CEC applicants whose permits are expiring soon have a genuine reason to expect expedited processing. If a CEC applicant has a work permit that is valid till may be mid 2017 and has applied in Jan/Feb 2016, then nominating him/her instead of nominating a FSW applicant who has submitted an application in October/November 2015 is outrageous and cannot be encouraged.

Since when did this page turn into an arguememt forum. Everyone is here for the same purpose. CEC, French Speaking etc. - all are Canada aspirants.

Im an FSW outland, NOC 0122. I didn't receive any addtl docs req or any call from them.. My prof will expire on Oct 10.. I am still speechless yet very much thankful!
