I never blamed any body. I just blamed the Category. The system, which distinguish FSW and CEC.

And it is so easy to get Student Visa even today

See what you said few minutes back for CEC applicants, and now you are saying you don't have problem with CEC applicants. . Lol man..you don't know what you speak..and you contradict yourself most of the time.

You were blaming all CEC applicants collectively (not individually) .

Money is equal for all. dont say your money is more precious than mine. I studied in UK and paid more than you guys. After coming back to India we show POF for Canada, which is even more difficult. so don't think we have not seen the world. Ask everyone how they have managed money in India and other countries. ask MZASAM who was not able to enter the pool just because of money, ask prettyCanada how difficult it was to manage money.

It okay lets cut the topic. Money is not so important factor just now. We have to just wait and watch OINP's progress. Actually they are not even loyal to CEC. They select some with WP expiring in 2017 and those applicants whose WP is already expired or some days left are still waiting. The whole system is getting worse. Just hope for some miracle now.

We all have struggled very very hard to reach this stage. The uncertainties are unbearable, and taking a toll.
I reiterate: We all deserve the NoM's irrespective of CEC, FSW, any stream.

Trust me its not about the money, And for sure if you can spend in Pounds you can spend in CAD as well, Also, In terms of the Universities coming to your city (Is it Punjab???? ).

Education system is a big time business, a multi billion dollar business, you have the first hand experience, and now that business is in danger by Intl. students not getting the PR, And talking about me I have MBA in finance, was working as a Manager in a Multi National company, use to travel atleast 3-4 months in a year to US for work, Came here not study but keeping in mind that few years down the line I will have the PR and can live here, that too with some experience as they say here in Canada that to get a good job you need Canadian Experience, still struggling to collect enough points to get the ITA, I am responsible for my actions, not blaming others.
I am sure there are many others who are going through rough times due to the delay in processing, and have far more experience then you and me, however we have to keep the calm.

Also, Just as the information sake, I have seen a lot of my friends who were even refused the PGWP forget about the PR even after they completed the courses and had to leave canada, think about those, If they apply I think they should have some priority as they studied here and spent money in the country.

1. Most of the CEC people have real ties with Ontario, as they are working, studying and paying taxes here. Also, they have higher CRS score. So if they want to curse, they can curse OINP or FSW as mass influx of FSW applicants, who have no real ties with ON, or mediocre CRS score of around 400 to 420 score has caused delay in processing of CEC applications. OINP could have chosen only those people as applicants, who have real ties with Ontario, and in that case, CEC applicants would have got nomination quite quickly.

Fully agree! They have real ties with Ontario and are already paying taxes to Ontario (well most of them, I believe there may be a few CEC who actually work in other provinces and claim that they want to come to Ontario and that's why they've applied to OINP - these cases need to write a hell of ties to Ontario letter otherwise they will probably get prioritized below FSW).

These CEC applicants have spoiled all the process which was on the verge of getting resolved. It was a turn of November applicants getting nominations and OINP just ruined the process. They said they will consider those whose WP is expiring in near future. Now they even process the applicants whose WP is expiring in 2017. This is just not done OINP. you owe us a promise too !!!!!! ??? ??? ??? They were not suppose to slow down FSW applications.

Did you contribute to Canada? All of us giving the Tax to Canada. We have the real job. Why they will take you before me? You will take all the Govt. facilities without doing nothing at the beginning. Man don't use this type of comment. I am an October applicant in CEC category. Got my AOR at November 18, 2015. Still waiting for next stage!!!! Nobody knows how they are doing their work. So don't point to us.

Im an FSW outland, NOC 0122. I didn't receive any addtl docs req or any call from them.. My prof will expire on Oct 10.. I am still speechless yet very much thankful!

Finally! Congratulations! Happy for you. As observed earlier, FSW outland applicants with managerial NOC s are getting nominations. I don't know when people with NOC A/B will start getting nominations. I'll update the list when I get to my PC.
