Why not blame them. They have already got more marks in the pool and they are given preference too. They have not done WES and that's why OINP are taking more time to scrutinize their education. They are in Canada, and may be they are influencing Govt somehow.

You can blame anybody you want, I have no interest in that, nor I have time to blame you or care for your hard/soft corner. I just told my opinion. Thanks for elevating me to God, but I am not interested in such epideictic, so please refrain from giving it to me.

I know thinking from broader perspective is not your strength, but following may help you, if you really try to understand.

1. Most of the CEC people have real ties with Ontario, as they are working, studying and paying taxes here. Also, they have higher CRS score. So if they want to curse, they can curse OINP or FSW as mass influx of FSW applicants, who have no real ties with ON, or mediocre CRS score of around 400 to 420 score has caused delay in processing of CEC applications. OINP could have chosen only those people as applicants, who have real ties with Ontario, and in that case, CEC applicants would have got nomination quite quickly.

2. FSW applicants can blame OINP or CEC for processing of CEC applicants on higher priority.

With above logic, any CEC or FSW applicant with myopic and selfish mindset, can blame other category of applicants for delay in his/her nomination. I don't want to indulge in blaming any category of applicants. Once OINP will start giving nominations, all should get it.

I am CEC inland aplicant, got ECA done done and then appliend. I don't understand which clause give more points to CEC applicant.
I am checking forum daily with hope to see some progress. I am trying to understand how I am special in eyes of OINP if my WP is going to expire next year.

Buddy If you got so much of a problem already with the Inlands and people with CEC, why dont you come here, study for 2 or more years and then wait for few months to get the PGWP forget about a good job until you have WP, and then once you get the PGWP & a Decent job (Not talking about a Good Job that takes some time before you have solid CANADIAN Experience) you have to pay all those taxes, not to dishearten you but average Taxes paid by an average Canadian is arnd 60% (Approx, as per the survey shared recently and was in the news a lot) which includes not only the federal, Provincial, but also taxes on each n every necessities, try working at the Restaurants, Coffee shops, or factories to pay for your rent and other necessities while you are studying here, and then we will talk about weather or not CEC people are important and should be given a Priority.

And Most importantly people who studied here have paid more then double the Education fee to the Colleges, why do you think you are more important then others waiting in the line, They have more canadian experience, probably a good job paying taxes to the government, knows the Canadian Culture better then the Outlands, Millions of people apply for Canadian PR every year, and I am sure there are tons of them who will have the same skills as you,

Please have some patience, and You will get it too, Think about those who had been in the country for a long time, if they do not get the invite then they have to go back to their home country which will ruin their career here in Canada, and majority of the people I know who studied with me took Education Loan and are still paying for that from here.

And that is the reason they are not able to make changes in the Express Entry. It is very very difficult and the Decision will Boomarang.

I know but just for information sake, it is not so easy to get the Student Visa as well ;D just on the lighter side, You are right however looking at the current situation, Nobody can comment for sure why there is a delay and what will be the waiting period, where the ITA's count or the Score graph will go. Just take a chill pill bro, I am paying bloody CAD 2k as taxes deducted from my salary every month and I know people who have a better job then me are still struggling to get the PR but in the end we all will get it for sure and you will get it as well. Just dont loose hope.

I dont have problem with CEC individual and it is the problem with category. When you went to Canada for studies you dint go because you will get PR option. You went there because you will get work permit and you will be able to cope up with the money you spend. Every country does this and I have also been to one such country have finished my WP there.

I again tell you it is very difficult to give more marks in the pool to CE it will straight away attract all students because it will end up as a cheaper deal. So Govt will face new problems and they have realized these problems. That is the reason after one year they are not able to implement it.

I never blamed any body. I just blamed the Category. The system, which distinguish FSW and CEC.

And it is so easy to get Student Visa even today

Money is equal for all. dont say your money is more precious than mine. I studied in UK and paid more than you guys. After coming back to India we show POF for Canada, which is even more difficult. so don't think we have not seen the world. Ask everyone how they have managed money in India and other countries. ask MZASAM who was not able to enter the pool just because of money, ask prettyCanada how difficult it was to manage money.
