OINP Application sent in November 2015

hi folks ...no where has it been mentioned that nominations are based on NOC ... It will happen

I dont think they are nominating 2171/2172/2173/2174.

Not sure what I can do now.

It is not mentioned anywhere but this is kind of becoming a fact from observation.

Yeah, Raj. Shouldn't be much longer now. Ekta too is a Nov 5th applicant. I am sure you'll get it in a week or two. And I am pretty sure OINP is NOC agnostic. They would not change policy without notifying the applicants.

Thanks for your kind words guys! I mean, this is taking a toll on everyone, not just me. I wish they start with the nominations soon - They should have been done with the "sending AORs" task by now. Time to see some nominations now!

@shashi absolutely. they are agnostic to noc as i have done a search earlier for my code and hardly found any one in the forum - felt was an odd ball..! btw folks any thread on ITA and things need to be done in that stage?

have a feeling that next few weeks it is the turn of november!

Raj, I wish that nomination pour for all the November applicants as pouring rain in the major cities of India.

Wait is really frustrating. But, nothing we can do about it (I wish I cud do some magic and give nominations to all the November applicants 8) 8)).
We all have followed the process completely, now we to see what result we get.

OINP guys, why are you testing our patience?

for IT NOC folks: SK has opened 5 times this year alone for your NOCs - nomination average time is less than 60 days. Might be a very good option to explore

Something interesting for folks sulking on CIC speed...Jan 2015-Aug 2015 number of ITAs were 18950 and Jan 2016- Aug 2016 it has been 18292...Not much of a change. Same period there were 15 draws in 2015 and 18 in 2016. How do we decided if 2015 was better or 2016 as number of draws and number of ITAs are high in different years.

Statistics are interesting and depends on perspective. While there are thousands who are waiting for OINP to start accepting applications since Feb 16th, we find it difficult waiting after having received AOR. Why are we comparing with SINP and/or any other province? "Samay se pehle aur kismat se jyada kabhi nahi milta" is a saying in Hindi which translates to "No one gets more than their fate neither do they get it earlier than destined". It's not our time yet.

Aside from wisdom which I truly revere, this is a man-made system which is allegedly based on equal opportunity and based solely on merit, how this fathoms with sidelining a province to give way to others? it's manipulative and dishonest to say the least

I would not want to call it that.. It's the circumstances..
Happy to have the invite, happy to have the aor but frustrating to be in a 3 months process for 15 months now!!

I am comparing OINP with SINP, the latter entertains those with CLB 5, with nominations secured as fast as 20 days, while OINP with "meritorious" 400+ CRS candidates been waiting for a YEAR with no news whatsoever! so much for "faster processing EE", heck! even the paper applicants are gonna land faster!
