I am unable to create an account for Application Tracker. Getting the following error:

"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

My application never mentioned the Use of a Representative. Is there anyone else with the same issue? Or does anyone know how to resolve this?

check the attached letter of AOR and you ll be able to get it

only put the numbers dont input other symbols as shown in the letter ,you ll be able to get
