Your original employment letter had expired dates? or did the employment letter not mention any dates?
No, it didn't have expiry dates, it didn't mention any dates at all..
At this time, XYZ organization intends to provide a long-term employment to XYZ and will continue to offer full time employment to him even after his permanent residency status has been received as per the project and business requirements - this was mentioned in earlier letter.

Now the ask is: Please provide new letter of employment for at least one year after permanent resident status for XXX

I am not an expert, but I am pretty sure, the format that you have shared, will work just fine. As long as it is on the company letterhead.
Considering Feb draw had 75 score for CEC, this should not be a big issue. How long have you been working with this employer in Canada?
around 2 years now and the letter is printed on letterhead and all format is fine. its a surprise to me that this employment letter required correction.

Client Enquiry: Please provide new letter of employment for at least one year after permanent resident status for XXX This must be received at this office by: 2021/02/24

My organization agreed to provide the below

At this time, XXX Organization intends to continue his full-time employment for at least one year after permanent residency status has been received; subject to business and project requirements.

Will this be accepted by IRCC with this subject to clause?

Even I have the similar comments , This is recommended to Pass. Conclusively pass comments are bit different.
How many people assess eligibility? In my case, assistant assessed first and then case processing agent in Jan 2021.
Are you going to re-apply for gcms?

Actually I applied from GCMS note on 3rd Jan and I got the same on 18th Feb 2021 BUT based on the updates in GCMS notes (Footer) this document is generated on 8th January 2021.

Essentially this confirms that updates post 8th January are not captured in the notes. Please check your notes and confirm if my understanding is correct or wrong.

Now I am thinking it will make more sense to apply for GCMS notes after completing 5 Months 2 Weeks. That will give us clear idea. Additionally it will have all updates captured for broader time frame.

Hi, CEC inland here. My med and bio passed early December last year.
I called IRCC and confirmed that
Eligibility: Review required
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress

Not sure what eligibility review means, but I guess it's only going to add up to processing time.
what’s your AOR?

@legalfalcon - I got an ADR today to include the following in employment letter

As this is with the subject to clause, will this be accepted by IRCC?

This wil. be fine and all offers of employment for which you claim 50 points have to state "ull-time employment for at least one year after permanent residency status has been received"
