Is it normal for files to be transferred to LVO from CIO without notes from case processing analyst? Mine was transferred to LVO after R10. Everyone seems to have case analyst notes before transfer to LVO. I hope I’m safeThis wil. be fine and all offers of employment for which you claim 50 points have to state "ull-time employment for at least one year after permanent residency status has been received"
I have a similar situation. My file was moved to LVO without any note from case analyst, only R10. Have you seen any Ghost Updates?@legalfalcon
I just received my GCMS Notes, this is started as of Jan 8th and my AOR is Oct 12th.
Below are summary on Page 2:
Eligibility : Not Started
Security : Not Started
Criminality : In Progress
Info Sharing : In Progress.
On Notes at the bottom below comments are highlighted :
Review Required : Pending Outstanding PC & Stat questions and rest all are indicating Met. Score needed for draw 471 and my CRS score is 984.
I had received ADR for the RCMP document and same was sent it Nov 2020.
Since then my application has not touched and last Notes (i.e. Notes 1) is on Nov 17th with Label: EE Eligibility. These are entered at CIO.
My application is transferred to LVO back in Dec to Etobicoke and no further update so far. I did check with IRCC last week, same status.
I have below questions:
1. Do you see any Eligibility risk and what is EE Assessment in GCMS Notes? Is it first round of eligibility check by analyst and pending Officer review. In my case it does not including with any Recommendation or review required text in GCMS , typically comes with other cases.
2. On stat questions, I had US visa refusals back in 2018. Post that I got US visa in Canada itself and been going to US regularly. I do not see any issue, but looking on timeline for processing when we get this closure.
3. For Info Sharing, I do not see any info pending from may other country, is it just time delay and I have to wait for officer to pick up my case?
Thanks in advance

Hello!can you elaborate please, am new to all this.
oh ok, so that means I still might have Review required or ADR?Hello!
It is conclusively passed when passed by an officer. The note would look like this **OFFICER REVIEW**:
It looks like an assistant already reviewed your application and gave a recommendation pass. But still, need an immigration officer to give a final decision. You may call IRCC to know the latest update about your application.these are my notes:
