It means your file is being processed but why would they ask adr only now. That's almost 4 months after aor....CEC inland

Yes, very normal, IRCC will move files based on work load and specialisations. This is why I always emphasise that VO does not matter, rather what stage your application is at and what has been done matters.Is it normal for files to be transferred to LVO from CIO without notes from case processing analyst? Mine was transferred to LVO after R10. Everyone seems to have case analyst notes before transfer to LVO. I hope I’m safe
