In Toronto I paid 220 CAD (180 for the psychical exam and 40 for X-RAY)

Wow! That is certainly a decent amount cheaper than here! It's looking like I might be better off holding on until I am back in the country on the 11th Jan!!

Also, how much were peoples fees for their exam in Canada? Over here they are charging EUR 345 which is $530 CAD.
Does that seem a bit steep or about normal?

Just make sure you have an appointment for when you arrive. If you receive the MR on the 18th you have 30 days to do the exams and depending where you live you may not find availability. I suggest you to call the clinics in Canada before you arrive.

I live in Whistler, so Vancouver is probably closest to me. There are quite a few Drs. there, so hopefully I'll be able to get an appointment for shortly after I land

Edmonton is more than that.

Ours will be about $340 in Victoria, BC - we found that the prices were listed on the doctors' websites. It looks like the breakdown is :
Medical exam/final report - $175, cash only
X-ray - $90 - credit/debit only
Lab work - $75 - credit/debit only

I told my partner he's getting a urinalysis for Christmas

My application was received Oct.26 and AOR on Nov.14.
I was unable to link my PR and OWP app. Because it was already linked to my consultant. We haven’t heard any update since AOR, making me anxious everyday.
Hoping to receive updates and OWP soon for all october applicants!
