Hi Nafiza, I dont think we will get our MRs so soon, June applicants are still waiting for their MRs.
PNP is a different category where the processing is faster than CIC and is given a priority.

I just got my AOR today, December 14.

I made photocopies of my entire application before I sent it, so I'm going to scour it again and make sure that I didn't miss anything!

CIC starts processing. They will get in touch if they need more documentation (like police clearance) or if everything is in place and proper, they will ask for medical.

Basically, wait and check your application status online from time to time for any changes.

I received an E-mail with the AOR details. But still I have not received any Postal mail regarding this. Do they send any postal mail. When I checked the online status,I am able to see only the address and status of the file as application Received. Do they update total details like marital status, work exp, education details also.

If you provide an email, then CIC takes it as your preferred mode for receiving any communication from them. The email you received is good enough, no postal mail will follow.

In e-cas, only address and application status will be present. So you're through step one - AOR!

I took a look back and looking at March applicants, timelines look good. They recv'd medicals about 3mos after AOR, and then PPR requests about the same time, and decison's 2mos after that. Some are getting their decisions now so thats promising.

If all goes well we should see medical requests come March as Braveman posted. Its hard to say what kind of schedule the gov't works in December so saying maybe late February is probably getting too optimistic.

Take a peek at our brother and sisters from Aug and Sept and that should give you an idea of how things are moving along. It looks like there just fetting around to May applicants for med requests today.
