Short-term travel will be ok, just be aware of the following considerations.

Applicants who leave Canada before a final decision is made on their application for permanent residence
There is no guarantee that foreign nationals who have left Canada after submitting an application under the Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada class will be allowed to return to or re-enter Canada. If they are unable to do so, their application for permanent residence may be refused because they are not cohabiting with their spouse or common-law partner at the time the case is finalized [R72(1)(d) and R124(a)].

i started filling the application on july 31 and has been prolonging to submit as waiting for each and every document now and then. once it is finished can submit this. does the date of starting the application matters ?

also now that i have all the documents, i dont know on which category to upload in supporting documents section. example : what doc to be uploaded in relationship to sponsor? what documents should be put in "Others" category. is there any youtube or any link, where i can see what documents to be uploaded under which section.

Sorry to hear that.

IMM1344 should be signed by both Sponsor and PA.
Your 21-year-old daughter is defined as a non-accompanying dependant, so she must be listed on your PR application and examined. You may try to add her profile on your profile page, and then her basic information will be automatically filled in for most digital forms. You also have to provide additional documents (passport, photo, birth certificate, police certificate, etc.) for your daughter.

Find out if your child is a dependant
https://ircc.canada.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/aod-tool.asp

Non-accompanying dependant: Children who meet the definition of a dependent child but who are not immigrating to Canada along with the principal applicant. They must be listed on the principal applicant’s application for permanent residence and must be examined in order to process the principal applicant and remain eligible for sponsorship at a later date.
