Does anyone knows how to submit the missing information to IRCC?

Hello everyone, i applied my spousal sponsorship PR application through PR portal online. After i received AOR i created an account on PR tracker to track my application. In the application details my biometric and background verification shows in progress but i haven't received any biometric request in my email.

I tried to link my application to GC key account multiple times but that doesn't show anh application in system at all. Is PR tracker is all i am getting updates throughout or linking it to GC key account is mandatory?

They requested it? Do you have your gckey account link.. go to the top where you see document submitted . You can normally upload there.

They Requested to submit IMM5669 form.. in the gckey account I can see on the top submitted or update document,
but there is no provision to upload or edit the document.

Go to ircc website and you can also send webform, there’s an option to upload document as well to your application.

make sure to count sponsor to number of family members in the last question

they mentioned 2 options
1) Gckey
2) webform

gc key option is not showing any provision to upload or edit the document. I want to check with others over here.

then webform is your choice, just use the link they provided
