I got an email to get fingerprints done. Does anyone know what is the best and cheapest way to do it?

I took the test same date hopefull its get updated calgary office
I gave my fingerprints at Frontier One on Jan 14th.. Only test completed so far.

So they haven’t marked your background check as complete yet? I gave my fingerprints at Frontier One as well, exactly a month after you (yesterday).
You might want to call the RCMP to find out when your fingerprints were mailed out or if they are still working on it. If mailed out, call IRCC to see if they have received them. I don't think it should take this long.
I have a question about the test. I’ve been studying my behind off for the past week. I called the IRCC cause I had a question about something else, but while I had them on the phone I asked what is the procedure if someone does not pass. I thought I have 3 tries within the 30 days they gave me (thats what it says on the IRCC website), but the guy told me that “no, no, no, if you don’t pass you have to wait for a new test invitation email giving me a new 30 days.

The website is right and the same would be mentioned in your test email. Looks like agent joined after a long break and not well versed with latest changes.
Don't stress about the test. If you are consistently passing the online practice tests, then you'll pass the actual test.

so if I (God forbid) don’t pass, I can attend the second try whenever I want with the original 30 days?
Yes! And you'll pass on the 1st try. I have no doubt about it.
