So you are clearly missing the AOR of the other applicant. Raising a webform to know the application number is one way or calling IRCC is another way. Once you have the application number you can track the application online.

Better call IRCC... it will be faster because their test window is fast approaching since you got a test invite as well
So, technically we haven't received the test invite in email yet. The status tracker has been updated to 'BG completed' and 'We are waiting on you. You need to take the test.' Both my and my spouse's trackers are the same.
Looks like your and my applications are processing at the same pace.
Did you get 2 AOR's for both applicants or was it only one ? I have received only one AOR for me(principal applicant) and not for my spouse. Also, for tracker account, I am assuming you have 2 tracker accounts, right ?
If one member in the group receives an AOR all members receive an AOR. Call IRCC to get your spouses Application number and then register in the tracker... Each member in the group will receive their own AOR and a separate Application number
[I am having the same issue but have checked that i dont have hyphen on my uci number. Has anyone else experience the same error pls?

When did you get your AoR?
For both my spouse and I, it took about 48 hours after the AoR before I could register in the tracker. Mine was a paper application and I was able to check on ECAS a bit before the citizenship tracker.
Email comes only for Test and Oath. All other activity completion you need to check tracker.

I applied in January Online (Kitchener) together for me and my spouse and we both received separate AOR email. The application number is different for me and my wife. Check the junk or spam folder of your spouse provided email address. If you do not find it then call IRCC and get it resolved.
