In the tracker, LPP completed and the application under process, but if you check the ECAS, you will see decision madeIs there a difference between LPP complete and decision made ? Ours show LPP completed - should decision made be next ?
Resources assigned to process paper application were more compared to online. Online being a new process training was needed. But things are slowly tilting towards online.I've been wondering why processing paper applications are way more faster than the online? I noticed this on the tracker and can't really find a reason for it.
