I submitted nov2021. Waited a year and a half for bg and test.

I am in ON, basically same timeline as you. I called them, the agent just said I have to wait....they have 22 months to work on it.
I've submitted online, single application.
I sometimes go to US for work training. My concern is that my US visa is about to expire and I don't want to renew it, as I'm waiting on this process (don't want to spend more money/time). But the way things are, I might have to go with the renew.

Majority of the applications that got the Oath are "Urgent", regular apps will take time. I submitted around your timeline got test done recently. You should be getting it soon.

I don’t know if IRCC is still working or not. I will wait for the result in the tracker ..
