I submitted my Citizenship application and below is my timeline

Test Invite: Mar 10, 2023

Ceremony: Not started

While I can check the stated in tracker, I am not able to check it ECAS.
I receive the below error
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: "
Is ECAS status different from the tracker?

As others have said, ECAS is for paper applicants only. When was BG marked as complete in the "Application History" section of the tracker?

ECAS IS ONLY FOR PAPER APPLICATIONS.

I hear your frustration. If only people could learn to use the dang search function and do some research, frustratingly repeat questions wouldn’t be such an issue.

Hey there, when did you take the test? And do you happen to know your processing office? You should be able to tell from the email that sent you the details about the test
